Our dynamic team has experience in Local and International sporting events with high standards and quality. We provide personalized programmes for individuals and groups in fitness, self defence, Kickboxing and Taekwon-do. These programmes are tailor made to the clients’ needs with specific results in mind.
Attack Box Ltd is also the home of local and International certified Taekwon-do instructors. We provide Taekwon-do programmes starting at age 4yrs onwards including adults. Our Taekwon-do programme operates as the Ultimate Taekwon-do Group of Schools. The institute focuses on Martial Arts training, fitness training, mental discipline through interaction and the practice of the tenets of Taekwon-do in our daily lives. Ultimate Taekwon-do Group of Schools is a member association of The Jamaica Taekwon-do Association which is affiliated to the International Taekwon-do Federation (ITF).
